CONCEPT
Coffee Inspired by Japanese Kissaten Culture
In Japan, the word kissa refers to a café where people slow down and enjoy a quiet moment with coffee. This culture has its roots in the Japanese tradition of tea, where hospitality and mindfulness are central. At Taka’s Coffee, we bring this spirit into our approach to coffee, creating a calm and welcoming place where guests can relax and enjoy a special moment.
Ingredients Grown with Care
Many of the vegetables, fruits, and flowers used in our café are grown in our own garden whenever possible. We believe that ingredients grown with care bring warmth to the table. By growing our own produce, we can reduce environmental impact while serving food that is fresh and thoughtfully prepared.
